We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director to lead our business, overseeing all aspects of operations, strategic planning, and financial performance within our Cab, Chassis, and Electrical platform. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.  This role reports to the President of Pierce Manufacturing.</h3>YOUR IMPACT:<ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, innovation, and market expansion in alignment with corporate goals.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer service, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.</li><li>Product Innovation &amp; Industry Leadership: Champion a culture of innovation by steering product development initiatives that anticipate both domestic &amp; international customer needs and position Oshkosh as a leader in next-generation airport firefighting and support equipment.
