This is a critical role that requires an attitude of ownership and customer service, exceptional organizational skills, and analytical skills. Knowledge of automotive financial products, especially in the USA and Canada, is highly desired. </span> <br> <br><span>As the Sr. Financial Services Specialist you will champion Lucid Financial Services with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the customer financing process; resolve customer issues; and provide training and support to the Lucid sales, retail, and delivery teams. You will also prepare analyses to identify bottlenecks and obstacles to customers using Lucid Financial Services and plans to resolve those friction points.
