Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Works with the Rubber Engineering Team in developing the processing procedures and parameters for new and existing materials.</li><li>Acts as technical liaison between rubber group, customer, and maintenance.</li><li>Identifies, Analyzes and resolves challenges that arise in the operation using effective problem-solving techniques. </li><li>Establishes process flow and timeline for new product launches.</li><li>Work with and creates standards for operations procedures.</li><li>Support and monitor the GROWTTH program.</li><li>Review current production for improvements in tooling and processes.</li><li>Reduce tooling damage and secondary operations.</li><li>Monitor and review non-conforming rate by part and process.</li><li>Reduce non-value-added operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain a project list and activity log for regular reviews.</li><li>Maintain positive communication between all team members on all shifts.</li><li>Improve and support daily production requirements.</li><li>Work with customer engineering on sample production.</li><li>Provide Technical Support and Training for Production Staff.</li><li>Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards and Industrial Regulations.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the rubber or polymer industry.</li><li>Proven experience in developing processing procedures and parameters for new and existing materials.</li><li>Experience in acting as a technical liaison between engineering teams, customers, and maintenance.</li></ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
