As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, and strategic growth across our organization.Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- to large-scale projects.</li><li>Establishes and maintains technical client relationships, contributing significantly to business development.</li><li>Drives the development and enhancement of technical skills within the department.</li><li>Engages in technical business development activities.</li><li>Delivers specialized technical guidance in studies and designs based on expertise.</li><li>Reviews, approves, and signs off on project work.</li><li>Serves as a leader in one or more technological areas.</li><li>Develops engineering budgets and schedules to meet the requirements of large, complex projects.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and oversight for all projects and initiatives within the organization</li><li>Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions</li></ul>
