If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!  You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Leading and managing a team of Performance Optimisation Engineers, ensuring effective performance and resource management, professional growth, and high employee satisfaction and retention</li><li>Establishing, managing, and continuously improving the structure and processes of the Performance Optimisation function, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams, departments, and external partners</li><li>Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of the O&amp;M and Technical Asset Management strategy</li><li>Ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality execution of performance optimisation projects</li><li>Overseeing portfolio-wide reporting on asset health and performance metrics, while proactively addressing evolving reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Driving the development and improvement of machine learning models for forecasting, asset deterioration, condition monitoring, and fault prediction</li><li>Conducting ad-hoc optimisation and engineering studies, delivering actionable recommendations</li><li>Identifying and evaluating performance improvement opportunities across the renewable energy asset portfolio, including market research, upgrade assessments, and business case preparation.</li></ul>
