<p>Areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>High focus on Health, Safety, Security and Environment.</li><li>Share knowledge and work in a team.</li><li>Motivate and lead the maintenance unit.</li><li>Maintenance and supervision of plants in operation.</li><li>Contribute with relevant knowledge on the field in the development of potential new projects in Statkraft.</li><li>Cost efficient management.</li><li>Support and implement procedures for maintenance perspective.</li><li>Liaise with statutory and non-statutory stakeholders and partners.</li><li>Supervise the development of technical specifications and configurations.</li><li>Responsible for risk management and reporting for maintenance department.</li><li>Additional tasks/duties as requested by the line manager</li></ul>
