The ideal candidate will have a base knowledge in securitization issuance and cashflow modeling. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, technical and interpersonal skills, and the desire to work with both internal and external stakeholders.</span></div><br><br><h3>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Support 3rd party issuance of asset-backed securitizations including reviewing offering memorandums, preparing presentations, and working with deal parties including rating agencies, accountants, and trustees</li><li>Interact with existing and potential investors through due diligence sessions and ad hoc requests</li><li>Monitor and communicate performance of outstanding securitizations backed by GoodLeap loans</li><li>Develop and maintain cashflow models for new products and financing structures</li><li>Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of monthly reports for outstanding transactions</li><li>Provide support to various ongoing and future projects as needed</li></ul><h3>Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (e.g. consumer finance, project finance, corporate strategy, strategy and operations, structured finance, asset-backed finance, M&amp;A, investment banking, or structured products focused accounting)</li><li>Basic understanding of asset-backed securitizations, whole loan sales, various debt, and equity financing structures</li><li>Proficient with MS Excel including VBA, PowerPoint, and highly skilled with other MS Office products including Word</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Superb attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment</li><li>Proficiency with SQL, Python or other data analysis tools a plus</li><li>Must be passionate about finance and/or the renewable energy/home improvement space</li></ul><br><div><b style="font-size:18px;">Compensation:</b><span style="font-size:18px;"> $90,000 - $130,000 per year (DOE)</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size:15px;">Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:15px;">Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
