JOB PURPOSE<ul><li>To drive OTMs including the Robel 69.70/4-UK Mobile Maintenance System (MMS) herein defined as ‘MMT’ but referred to as OTM, on Network Rail infrastructure, delivering them reliably to worksites and stabling locations in a timely and safe manner.</li><li>To operate OTMs on Network Rail worksites, delivering the required work in a safe and effective manner, conforming to contract specification and to provide the first level response to any machine failures, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness, reliability and performance is achieved.</li></ul>KEY RESULT AREAS<ul><li>Responsible for the safe and effective operation of the OTMs, machine progress and any reportable accidents or incidents.</li><li>Establish key foreseeable delivery risks and initiate appropriate mitigation measures.</li><li>Ensure you achieve high levels of safety, performance, attendance and behavioural standards. </li><li>Compliance with all company policies &amp; procedures, including Health &amp; Safety, Quality &amp; Environmental</li><li>Communication</li></ul>
