You’ll support the Melbourne team, contribute to our national technical group, and work alongside industry leaders, combining field and office-based work to guide best practice, technical reviews and project delivery.How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Develop, facilitate and enhance effective relationships with internal and external clients to support successful project delivery and future opportunities.</li><li>Provide strategic thought leadership and planning to drive the development and growth of the ecology practice.</li><li>Lead and implement complex ecological investigations for high-profile infrastructure projects, including baseline ecological surveys, pre-clearing surveys and targeted surveys for threatened species.</li><li>Oversee and prepare technical reports and plans, while empowering a team of ecologists through supportive leadership, guidance, bid coordination and project management.</li></ul>
