Solar Site Manager - Operations &amp; MaintenanceSpark Power, a trusted energy partner across North America, is currently seeking a Solar Site Manager to join our growing teamAs a Solar Site Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of a utility-scale solar facility. You will be responsible for leading site-level safety initiatives, supervising field technicians, ensuring operational uptime, and executing both electrical and mechanical tasks in alignment with internal standards and industry best practices.What you’ll be doing as a Solar Site Manager: <ul><li>Follow all Health and Safety policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace</li><li>Lead and enforce a zero-incident safety culture by following all Spark Power and customer Health &amp; Safety policies.</li><li>Conduct daily tailgate meetings, complete hazard assessments, and secure necessary electrical work permits.</li><li>Perform technical troubleshooting, corrective actions, and preventative maintenance to optimize system performance.</li><li>Execute proper energization and de-energization procedures.</li><li>Implement, oversee, and inspect LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, SLDs, and electrical blueprints.</li><li>Complete QA/QC inspections and document deficiencies or required corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure maintenance complies with OEM specifications and recognized standards (e.g., NETA MTS, CSA Z463, NFPA 70E).</li><li>Submit daily digital reports detailing all work performed, issues found, and resolutions.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas including buildings, roads, vegetation, fences, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Supervise and support a team of technicians to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to standard.</li><li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekend and emergency support.</li><li>Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and site operations.</li></ul>Spark Power Employee Benefits and Perks:<ul><li>Diverse customer base-including: industrial, commercial and institutional</li><li>Competitive hourly wages</li><li>Benefits (health, vision, dental)</li><li>401K with employer contribution</li><li>Continuous training and skills improvement including Spark U and external training</li><li>Hands-on and supportive leadership team</li><li>Employee referral bonus program</li><li>Monthly cell phone allowance</li><li>All travel, training, workwear &amp; PPE paid for</li><li>Corporate discounts (hotels, travel, insurance, retail..)</li><li>…much more</li></ul>Do you have the Spark?
