This role will actively support our Global Supply Managers for all procurement activities including Logistics, Sales, Marketing, &amp; Retail in Europe.  As a Procurement Intern, you will support the Procurement team by assisting in the procurement process, vendor management, data analysis, and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics procurement, including sourcing, pricing comparison, and operational coordination.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>Support Procurement Managers with:</p><ul><li>Supplier Management: Support the procurement team in sourcing and selecting suppliers, helping to gather quotes, and comparing prices and delivery options for logistics-related services or products.</li><li>Purchase Order Management: Support the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders. Ensure all POs are processed in a timely manner and align with procurement policies.</li><li>Support Reporting and KPIs: Assist in preparing procurement reports and updating dashboards. Help monitor and track procurement metrics such as supplier performance, order accuracy, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as updating supplier records, maintaining procurement documents, and assisting with invoicing issues.</li><li>Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the logistics, finance, and operations departments, to ensure efficient procurement processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time availability (40 hours per week) for a period of 6 months, starting on September 1, 2025.</li><li>Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree student as Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or equivalent education.</li><li>Experience in the Automative industry is a plus.</li><li>Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.</li><li>Smartsheet, Tableau knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship management skills.</li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
