This person will be responsible for the input and maintenance of all related A/P paperwork and supplier records.Responsibilities<ul><li>Sorting of emails for Accounts Payable.</li><li>Validate and process vendor invoices and credit notes as per company policy into SAP.</li><li>Process biweekly and ad-hoc payment runs to make sure timely payments.</li><li>Facilitate weekly blocked invoice report meetings with purchasing department, keeping up-to-date on vendor status, special circumstances, problem accounts etc.</li><li>Prepare list of unvouched AP invoices for Accounting to review for month-end expense accrual.</li><li>Validate vendors banking changes before updating into SAP.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years progressive responsibility in the above functions.</li><li>Strong numerical aptitude.</li><li>Must have previous exposure to computerized accounting programs on a multi-user system.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Intermediate experience in Excel</li><li>Problem Solver</li><li>Proven customer relations skills.</li><li>Please note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
