You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important task: <ul><li>Support Sales in the management of sales contracts in System and offline. </li><li>Coordinate with production team in HQ, logistics team, project team, sales team to make sure projects will be delivered smoothly and successfully.</li><li>Communicate with customer on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.</li><li>Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on weekly/monthly basis.</li><li>Issue commercial invoices, work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection on weekly basis.</li><li>Manage credit insurance line and control the payment risk of shipments.</li></ul> Your profile Do you sound interested, but aren't sure what your background should look like? Here is what you'd need to feel agile during the job: <ul><li>Experience or knowledge in international trade is highly valued</li><li>Prior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus.</li><li>Currently an enrolled student in a Bachelors or Masters program.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, MS Office, and ability to keep it smart and simple.</li><li>Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing at least C1.</li></ul>
