Your scope of work will include the following:<ul><li>Handle recruitment needs related to various AFRY offices in South-East Asia, such as Thailand, Philippines,  Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, Taiwan and potentially also Australia; handle expatriate recruitment needs in South-East Asia region</li><li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfill all job openings with high quality and efficiency.</li><li>Manage recruitment channels and job postings</li><li>Maintain timely and appropriate communications with all recruitment stakeholders including management, hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues to understand the recruitment needs and the key qualifications of the candidates required</li><li>Proactively approach potential candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn and other social media, university visits, etc. and maintain contact and communications with the potential candidates</li><li>Provide support to hiring managers on hiring needs, job descriptions and hiring process to ensure hiring strategy in alignment with business needs and framework</li><li>Participate in interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.</li><li>Keep up to date and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, company rules and regulations and company’s diversity and inclusion policies in various SEA countries</li><li>Keep up to date with the market salary levels and benefit packages</li><li>Facilitate the offer process and clarify and negotiate employment terms.</li><li>Manage onboarding process for new hires including handling employment related contracts.</li><li>Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity</li></ul>
