Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them.  We are looking for a Workshop Turbocharger Engineer to join our team.  The location for this position is Gdansk, Poland.  Your role and responsibilities     As a Workshop Turbocharger Engineer, you will focus on these responsibilities:   <ul><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Perform turbocharger overhauls in the workshop and occasionally carry out field service assignments. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Prepare and submit spare parts requisitions as required. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Fulfill all tasks assigned by the Team Leader, ensuring the work is completed to a high standard and maintaining required documentation, paperwork, and reports accurately. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Demonstrate strong skills in work planning and organization. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Maintain the quality and efficiency of mechanical work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and ISO procedures. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Use and maintain shop and field tools following good mechanical work practices, ensuring accurate and timely care of Wärtsilä special tools used in service operations. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive and professional customer interactions. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Comply with all Wärtsilä regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions, as well as Polish labor law. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Adhere to all safety rules and ensure the proper use of appropriate safety equipment. </li></ul> Requirements for the position   <ul><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">University degree in Mechanical Engineering or graduation from a Technical School (preferably Mechanical). </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Ability to read turbocharger diagrams and operate balancing machines. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Willingness and ability to travel for service assignments without restrictions. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Very good Polish and good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Excellent communication skills. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Team player with strong collaboration skills. </li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;">Willingness to learn and develop new skills. </li></ul>  Why you and us?    You are valued – as your true self.
