Key user trained and delivery training and follow up for sales teamPerforming data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessaryCollaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon requestCreating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with deliveriesCoordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure sales and delivery processes are fully optimized;  Your Profile / QualificationsUniversity degree in an engineering disciplineExperience in Service or engineering environmentExperience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.Did we spark your interest?
