We offer a $5 shift differential on night shift!  WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONYou will begin by learning the fundamentals of plant operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. <ul><li>Monitors the production process and ensures efficiency of systems and equipment.</li><li>Prepare product containers (bottles, drums, totes, etc.) for filling referencing all appropriate specs and work orders.</li><li>Formulate and batch product according to customer specifications.</li><li>Fill container with product following clean room requirements.</li><li>Prepare product for shipment.</li><li>Document plant processes and record production data.  </li><li>Transport full and empty product containers in various sizes with the assistance of industrial equipment.</li><li>Train uncertified Chemical Operators according to procedures.</li><li>Use correct tool/ergonomics when handling or moving any raw materials, chemicals, components, equipment or finished goods.</li><li>Stock product and packaging supplies.</li><li>Perform housekeeping duties in order to maintain a safe clean work environment utilizing 5s standards.</li><li>Perform necessary tasks and work hours needed to accomplish departmental and company goals.  </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.</li><li>Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to:</li><li>Follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.</li><li>Work as a team and/or independently.</li><li>Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience. </li></ul>SALARY &amp; BENEFITSPlease note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.Summary pay range: $22/hour-$42.31/hour<ul><li>Generous PTO: Your off time is important.</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision: Majority of premiums paid by MLI.
