We are seeking for an experienced Electrical Engineer V to join our Electrical Engineering team in Bogota, Colombia. This role will be pivotal in designing electrical circuits, systems, and equipment, with a particular focus on power systems, electric service and supply systems, and lighting systems.The responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Electrical Installations Design: Designing, planning and coordinating electrical </li><li>systems for various types of infrastructure. </li><li>Electrical Calculations: Perform detailed electrical calculations for installations </li><li>such as power distribution, lighting, emergency power systems, and electrical </li><li>studies. </li><li>Specialized Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical input for studies, </li><li>designs, and technical assessments within the electrical engineering field. </li><li>Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary project reviews to </li><li>ensure cohesive and fully integrated designs. </li><li>Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of electrical designs, calculations, </li><li>and drawings to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability. </li><li>Technical Specifications: Prepare and manage technical specification sections </li><li>related to electrical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements. Budget and </li><li>Schedule Management: Assist in the preparation of engineering budgets and </li><li>schedules to align with project goal </li><li>Lead designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, construction </li><li>specifications, and final working drawings. </li><li>Serves as lead engineer on mid- to large size projects.</li><li>Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.</li><li>Approves and signs off on work.</li><li>Presents complex technical solutions to clients.</li><li>Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.</li><li>Participates in development of technical proposals.</li><li>Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.</li><li>Lead a team of Modelers and Electrical Engineers.</li><li>Guarantee the quality of the electrical team's deliverables.</li><li>Manage client relationships and communications.</li></ul>
