Our culture supports our values by fostering innovative and critical thinking and a deep belief in living up to our promises.   Headquartered in the United States, Pattern has a global portfolio of more than 30 power facilities and transmission assets, serving various customers that provide low-cost clean energy to millions of consumers.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>JOB PURPOSE Provide professional knowledge of concepts and principles within the team to define, develop, and provide turbine engineering expertise and services to other business units within the company.  Assists other business units in a diverse set of activities requiring a short/medium timeframe for group's product dissemination and utilization.  Responsible for managerial level review of core products and work allocation amongst team members. Key Accountabilities<ul> <li>Manage projects and programs that impact the reliability and performance of Pattern's operational equipment, with a specialized focus on mechanical systems and generating equipment.</li> <li>Manage contractors and consultants on technical projects and initiatives. Provide direction and guidance to contractors and internal employees as a subject matter expert and project manager.</li></ul>Identify opportunities, develop project plans for, and execute fleet performance improvement initiatives with little to no supervision.<ul> <li>Supervise research and development efforts in turbine reliability-focused areas</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Experience/Qualifications/Education Required <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field</li> <li>6-15 years of experience in turbine reliability engineering, and/or turbine design engineering</li> <li>Professional knowledge of concepts and principles in related discipline</li> <li>Ability to lead others in the application of such in creation of work product</li> <li>Ability to solve complex analyses, understand implication of results, and develop and communicate actionable plans, both internal to the team as well as increasingly to other business units.</li></ul> Pattern Energy Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-Hybrid #LI-JH1 #LI-Remote
