This position helps to with the final assembly of our products. We have a variety of products made in the Holland facility and this role helps to put them all together. This role will work second shift, Monday – Thursday from 3PM EST – 1AM EST. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality. </li><li>Successfully completes all site-specific training regarding safety and quality. </li><li>Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence </li><li>Assembles mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination </li><li>Assembles all variations of in-house standard products </li><li>Follows assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc solvent welding and thread taping. </li><li>Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures </li><li>Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP), if applicable to site </li><li>Completes required documentation relative to production and quality </li><li>Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities. </li><li>May read and interpret blueprints (product specific) </li><li>Maintains equipment and area in a clean safe condition</li><li>Will plumb variations of standard and custom products</li><li>Occasionally assist with in house plumbing mechanical work </li><li>Uses simple hand or power tools along with complicated jigs and fixtures</li><li>Update and redline drawings as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience required.</li><li>Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic experience a PLUS</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild filter presses highly preferred</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints (if applicable)</li><li>Proficient in the use of hand tools</li><li>High school diploma or GED</li></ul>What We Can Offer You:<ul><li>Health, Dental and Vision insurance available on your 1st day of employment</li><li>Generous retirement savings plan</li><li>Generous PTO package and paid holidays</li><li>Career progression and development plans</li><li>Company wellness, rewards and recognition, and employee discount programs</li></ul>And much MORE!**The estimated pay range for this position is $22/hr. to $28/hr..
