Directors. </li><li>Leads regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in collaboration with the Finance Team. </li><li>Maintains deep awareness of industry trends, policy developments, and emerging technologies. </li><li>Represents Energy Solutions as a visible thought leader through client engagement, industry conferences, and participation in key industry boards and forums. </li><li>Fosters strong, collaborative relationships with clients, partners, trade allies, and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Identifies opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity to help offset annual cost increases and improve margin. </li><li>Serves as a change agent, guiding teams through transitions and driving organizational improvements. </li><li>Directly oversees and mentors senior leaders such as Directors and Associate Directors. </li><li>Recommends and oversees recovery strategies for underperforming teams or programs, tracking progress against defined performance goals. </li><li>Builds and sustains high-performing teams through thoughtful recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement. </li><li>Supports the growth and development of direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. </li></ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.    </li><li>A minimum of 15 years’ experience leading successful high-performing multigenerational teams.    </li><li>Proven and sustained experience in portfolio project/program management and business development.  </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting style to different audiences and stakeholders, both internally and externally representing the company in front of customers.  </li><li>Problem solver with a hands-on approach and the ability to anticipate adverse scenarios with thoughtful solutions to address them.  </li><li>Ability to make quick decisions and generate buy-in from leadership team members.  </li><li>Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Strategic vision and good professional judgement to plan, negotiate and win profitable contracts, manage risk and execute plans in an effective manner. </li><li>Ability to conceptualize and execute deadline driven projects with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize multiple and competing projects.  </li><li>Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency and bias for action.  </li><li>Demonstrated success with implementing and managing complex project management systems and tools.  </li><li>Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and maximizing profitability.  </li><li>Strong leadership record demonstrating the ability to grow and influence highly effective teams.  </li><li>High level proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to communicate, develop presentations and perform analysis. </li><li>Available for business travel. </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:   <ul><li>MBA or other graduate-level degree.  </li><li>Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. </li><li>Knowledge of industry standards in clean energy, technology, utility programs, and policies.  </li><li>Candidates located on the East Coast. </li></ul> Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of  $180,000k - $220,000k/Annually <div>Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
