Responsibilities / TasksGeneral InformationThe Global Engineering Pool in India is committed to deliver skilled resources to support projects and Internal standardization activities with in GEA for LPT as well as other GEA divisions with ultimate aim of generating potential savings for GEA by utilization of low-cost resources.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Electrical Design Validation</li><li>Ensure Electrical compliance with customer specification</li><li>Ensure to meet project deadlines</li><li>Various Documentation - Electrical and Instrumentations</li><li>Co-ordination with Electrical Team and support each other</li><li>Co-ordination with Internal Customer and fulfill their requirements</li><li>Electrical Installation Supervision and Validation on site</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor of Engineering Degree in <ul><li>Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation &amp; Controls or similar education background</li></ul>Work Experience - Engineer - Electrical<ul><li>3-7 years of experience in the Dairy / Food / Beverages / Brewery / Pharma / Chemical Industry</li><li>Exposure to UL508A</li></ul>Skills - Engineer - Electrical<ul><li>Electrical Engineering Know-how</li><li>In-depth Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical Software - Symbol library, Foot Prints, Electrical Symbols and Electrical Schematics</li><li>In-depth Knowledge of P&amp;ID Software - Symbol library, P&amp;ID database understand and prepare P&amp;ID based on the markups</li><li>UL and CSA Standards Know-how</li><li>NEC standards Know-how</li><li>In-depth knowledge on selection of Electrical components for various types of control panels</li><li>Knowledge of Eplan P8 Software would be as added advantage - Like Master database &amp; Reports, Electrical Schematics</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills and co-ordinations with various project teams</li></ul>Task – Engineer - Electrical<ul><li>Electrical Panel Design &amp; Layout, Engineering with AutoCAD Electrical</li><li>Prepare Instrumentations &amp; Hookup Drawings</li><li>Design Control System, Configure Industrial Network Architecture</li><li>Wiring Schematics for Switchboard and Control Panels</li><li>Cable Calculations and Cable tray layout</li><li>Panel Load calculations control Panels</li><li>Heat Loss calculation of Motor control Panels</li></ul>Languages known<ul><li>Must be proficient in English (verbal/written)</li><li>Good to have Regional Language</li><li>Preferred Hindi</li></ul>Travel Requirements<ul><li>The Engineer would be based in India office</li><li>Limited travel will be required, Involving in Electrical site support, Panel FAT throughout India &amp; abroad. </li></ul>Other Qualifications<ul><li>Computer literacy with Mail Outlook, Teams</li><li>Microsoft Office Products</li><li>Good to have MS Project</li></ul>Basic IT skillsDid we spark your interest?
