This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, IT systems, business intelligence, and reporting tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC) and web-based Remarketing platforms. You will ensure operational excellence and alignment with Lucid’s global standards, working closely with U.S.-based teams and key departments across Europe.  The Role:<ul><li>Project &amp; Program Management </li></ul><ul><li>Lead and execute strategic projects to support the growth and efficiency of Remarketing operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. </li></ul> <ul><li>IT &amp; Systems Oversight </li></ul><ul><li>Manage the integration and optimization of IT systems supporting remarketing, including SFDC and web platforms. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure system performance and scalability. </li></ul> <ul><li>Salesforce (SFDC) &amp; Web Operations </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee the configuration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities of SFDC. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure seamless integration between SFDC and web-based remarketing tools. </li></ul> <ul><li>Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on operational data and market trends. </li></ul> <ul><li>Global Alignment </li></ul><ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between European and U.S. Remarketing teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure alignment on strategy, tools, and processes across regions. </li></ul> <ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Service, Sales Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of Remarketing strategies. </li></ul><ul><li>Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across all touchpoints. </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field. </li></ul><ul><li>7+ years of experience in automotive, operations, or business systems management. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC), business intelligence tools, and digital platforms. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus. </li></ul><div> </div><div>Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
