Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Promote and sell LPT solutions across the assigned region.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the beverage and dairy sectors. </li><li>Achieve sales targets including order intake, revenue, and gross margin, Number of client visits, number of quotations, number of calls, Cross Selling SEA products portfolios</li><li>Creating and conducting technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs</li><li>Collaborate with support team for tehnical design, solution and quotation</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, service, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, proposals, bidding documents.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions.</li><li>Update project and orders in project management system</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and prospects.</li><li>Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, market research and competitor analysis.</li><li>Update sales activities reports, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasts in CRM/SAP system.</li><li>Support after sales business as well via selling contract preventive maintenance packages to customers</li><li>Constantly travelling to visit potential clients</li><li>Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions</li><li>Conduct marketing activities such as trade shows, conferences and other marketing events</li><li>Other tasks assigned by Line Manager</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Engineering or related field.</li><li>Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of Technical Sales Management, with excellent related skills for sales capacity</li><li>Prior experience in liquid and filling technology</li><li>Experience in negotiations with the clients on new machines</li><li>Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta and CRM systems</li><li>Good oral, written and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese language are essential.</li><li>Emphatic with strong customer focus</li><li>Strong mechanical experience will be an advantage which would include processing knowledge</li><li>Service oriented, patient, and a team player</li><li>Safety conscious and of good moral character</li><li>Strongly self-motivated for personal responsibility, working for solution &amp; overcoming difficulties; highly organized and able to work independently, having strong team work mind and skills</li><li>Ready to travel and work off-hours</li></ul>Did we spark your interest? Sales Engineer (Liquid & Powder Technology)
