YOUR MISSION <ul><li>Deliver impact quickly by aiming high, then executing with clarity: shipping elegant, value-driven solutions that elevate both customer outcomes and operational efficiency.</li><li>Shape the product processes by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to drive stakeholder alignment, velocity, and focus.</li><li>Gather insights from teams and customers, explore ideas through research, and help validate solutions quickly.</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Enable internal teams and users with clear, actionable documentation, turning features into results, and scaling climate impact.</li><li>Support the roadmap by keeping the backlog organized, tracking milestones and releases, and coordinating with peers to ensure alignment on priorities.</li></ul> WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED <ul><li>Over 2 years of hands-on experience applying product management practices from discovery through delivery, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech setting.
