Those with management experience in automotive industry quality management systems such as IATF 16949, or quality management work experience in Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises are preferred.</li><li>Rich experience in incoming goods inspection, proficient in various inspection tools and methods, and able to skillfully use various measuring tools and inspection equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coating inspection, roughness testers, three-coordinate measuring machines, withstand voltage testers, ground resistance testers, etc. Those with inspection experience in the electrical or mechanical industry are preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using the five major tools of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC, as well as the 8D and seven QC tools to solve quality problems, be familiar with the compilation of inspection standards and inspection operation instructions and be familiar with the closed-loop and continuous improvement workflow of quality problem reporting, analysis, improvement and verification.
