Manage the QEHS manuals, work instructions, master documents, forms and other technical documentation.</li><li>Lead and manage QEHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure findings arising from these audits are closed out in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor and report on QEHS performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions, as necessary.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and ensure the company's QEHS policies remain up to date.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management within the organization.</li><li>Lead the company’s product certification lifecycle for all environmental requirements needed, such as REACH &amp; RoHS.</li><li>Assist the Purchasing department with supplier management, including auditing, performance monitoring, re-evaluation and continuous improvements.</li><li>Manage the equipment / tool calibration requirements of the facility.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct FAT or other customer source inspection related tasks to ensure conformance to build standards and specification, including validation of product records and customer requirements, as required.
