The global group specializes in machinery, plants, as well as process technology and components.<div><div><div><div> For our Liquid &amp; Powder Technologies Division, we are currently looking for a Project Engineer. Liquid &amp; Powder Technologies provide processing equipment and integrated solutions for the dairy, food, new food, beverage, chemical and home &amp; personal care industries. The portfolio includes brewing systems, liquid processing, aseptic and non-aseptic filling &amp; packaging, concentration, fermentation, crystallization, purification, drying, powder handling &amp; packaging as well as systems for carbon capture and emission control. GEA designs, builds, configures and installs versatile and sustainable equipment and technologies, processing lines and complete plants. <ul><li>Project Engineering &amp; Design: Define, calculate, and design mechanical and process systems.</li><li>Technical Documentation: Prepare equipment specifications, procurement documents, project reports, and technical manuals.</li><li>Equipment &amp; Process Calculations: Perform calculations for pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pipeline sizing, utilities, and instrumentation selection.</li><li>3D Design &amp; Layout Supervision: Oversee design models, preassemblies, and installation layouts.</li><li>Procurement &amp; Tendering: Generate equipment purchase tenders and installation material lists.</li><li>On-Site Supervision &amp; Commissioning: Oversee assembly, ensure quality control, and support commissioning teams.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and company standards.</li><li>Client &amp; Team Coordination: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors for project execution.</li><li>Sales &amp; Reporting: Prepare reports, track project KPIs, and assist in sales target planning.</li><li>Travel &amp; On-Site Work: Extensive travel required, with long periods at project site</li></ul></div></div></div></div>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.</li><li>Process knowledge in the chemical, dairy, food, or beverage industries is highly desirable.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish &amp; English (mandatory); French, Portuguese, or German is a plus.</li><li>Strong management capabilities to lead both internal and external teams in a project environment.</li><li>Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently on projects.</li><li>Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Project finance knowledge (budgeting, cost control, forecasting).</li><li>QHSE culture and Safety Ambassador</li></ul>We offer:<div><ul><li>A flexible remuneration package </li><li>Work-life balance hybrid working model as a combination of home-office and working in the office </li><li>23 vacation days per year </li><li>Great work environment as part of a collaborative team  </li><li>Internal training and career development opportunities at national and international level  </li><li>Be part of a "Top Employer 2025" company</li></ul></div>Did we spark your interest?
