TOMRA is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor for our warehouse in Vestal, NYSalary is 70,000 to 75,000 based on experience. 10% yearly bonus possibility The Operations Supervisor is responsible for plant productivity, safety training, customer service, plant P&amp;L management.  Plant &amp; Processing <ul><li>Ensure SOP’s pertaining to unloading, auditing, processing and reconciliation are followed by plant personnel. </li></ul><ul><li>Commodity processing, inventory and shipping. </li></ul>Safety &amp; DOT Compliance: <ul><li>Conducts regular safety meetings, completes minutes and posts.  Completes regular safety audits to identify unsafe areas or practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensures proper Workers compensation and accident reporting completed </li></ul><ul><li>Ensures physicals are completed as necessary </li></ul><ul><li>Ensures all equipment maintained </li></ul>Employee Relations: <ul><li>Ensures all compliance with TOMRA policies and procedures  </li></ul><ul><li>Performance Review for all direct reports ensure completion for all indirect reports </li></ul><ul><li>Payroll maintained weekly </li></ul><ul><li>Maintains personnel level to fulfill daily productivity </li></ul><ul><li>Works to develop a great company culture to promotes Core Values and Leadership Principles  </li></ul>Employee Scheduling:  <ul><li>Schedules plant employees to ensure that production is maximized and overtime is minimized. </li></ul>Training and Backups: <ul><li>Continually train/ cross train employees in all areas, including this position, to maintain coverage. </li></ul>Staffing: <ul><li>Maintains proper staffing to maximize production and insure a safe working environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Hires new employees by utilizing P&amp;O resources and assistance. </li></ul> Other duties as assigned
