Main purpose of positionCurrently we are looking for a Document Controller Analyst in Girardot, Colombia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Document Controller Analyst you will assist in all aspects of project documents in country - Type of contract - fixed term up to (3) years.Main Responsibilities<ul> <li>Create all additional document profiles for internal documents as instructed by Project Document Controller.</li> <li>Create all document profiles as per the SMDL’s and return the Project document numbers (DocID) to the Contractors.</li> <li>Upload all document deliverables received by transmittal.</li> <li>Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Send documentation on workflow according to the Project distribution matrix and controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.</li> <li>Follow up that all the workflow processes are completed.</li> <li>Generate outgoing transmittals - Return the documents with Acceptance code and comments to the Contractor/Supplier.</li> <li>Control the receiving and log all Site Daily Diaries in the system.</li> <li>Process all e-mails received in the project email box for both projects according to the Project Mailbox and Email use Guideline.</li> <li>Control the correspondence according to the Quick Guide – Correspondence Register.</li> <li>Make sure the templates and the Project users are updated and available.</li> <li>Manage the External Sharing Site.</li> <li>Provide training to the new project staff at site in the Document Management System for both locations.</li> <li>Document status reporting to Project Document Controller and Project Technical Manager.</li> <li>Support other Document Control needs as per Project Document Controller requests.</li></ul>Qualifications And Competencies<ul> <li>Education: University Degree (can be replaced with relevant experience).</li> <li>Strong English language – spoken and written.</li> <li>Experience: 5+ years in Document Control experience, preferably on EPC/Construction Projects.</li> <li>Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Commissioning documents.</li> <li>Excellent MS Suite software knowledge.</li> <li>Familiar with EDMS.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of SharePoint.</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO9001.</li></ul>Personal characteristicsIt is part of every employee’s term of reference to contribute to Scatec's vision: Improving our Future and adhere to our company values which ar<ul> <li>Predictable : demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, shares information in an open and honest way</li> <li>Driving results: demonstrate determination, pro-activeness, can prioritize and work independently.</li> <li>Changemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fast learner, take initiates and adjust.</li> <li>Working together: demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, has a can-do attitude.</li></ul>For this particular position we also expect:<ul> <li>Valid work permit for Colombia</li> <li>Place of work: Girardot</li> <li>Type of contract: fixed term up to (3) years</li></ul>
