Watch “<a href="https://youtu.be/BtjIN9oHRMY?si=ONfWJ-vFlLZckjrE">Culture is our Passion</a>” to learn more about us.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:<ul><li>Passionate drive to innovate and create </li><li>Integrity to the core</li><li>Enthusiastic customer focus</li><li>Consistent interactive teamwork </li><li>Desire for continuous improvement and top performance </li></ul>Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:<ul><li>Formulate automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.</li><li>Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.</li><li>Design data models that transform raw data into insightful knowledge by understanding business requirements in the context of BI.</li><li>Create dynamic and eye-catching dashboards and reports using Power BI.</li><li>Make necessary tactical and technological adjustments to enhance current business intelligence systems</li><li>Integrate data, alter data, and connect to data sources for business intelligence.</li><li>Work on new ideas for automation of documentation and other internal process using different tools.</li><li>Collate and evaluate all the quality document from supplier as per acceptable reference standard and submit to customer on time.</li><li>Good knowledge of developing process documents, work instructions, SOPS, workflows etc.</li><li>Share the NCR alert from Arena to suppliers in MEIAT and follow up on its closure.</li><li>Coordinate with SQE, Supplier and customers on effective closure of actions for NCR.</li><li>Maintain KPI timeline of NCR closure and report it to management.</li><li>Prepare and share report of Parts, product and document issues on monthly basis to management.</li></ul>Here is some of what you’ll need (required)<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical /electronic Engineering with (3-6) years of experience in Data Analytics. </li><li>Expertise in creating Power BI dashboards</li><li>Skilled in using tools like Power BI, SQL, Power automate, Excel</li><li>Critical thinking for effective problem-solving</li><li>Planning and peritonising activities based on situation.</li><li>Willing to learn and adapt the learning for process improvement.</li><li>Good command on Word, Excel, and Power point.</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences:<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong project management, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.</li><li>The ability to generate new ideas and follow through to completion.</li><li>Self-Driven, self-motivated and make responsible decisions.</li><li>Ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff.</li><li>Superior professionalism, judgment and strong work ethic. </li><li>Great team players and able to adapt to work in multi-cultural environment with different departments</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
