At our ground-floor stage, our compensation structure places a strong emphasis on the value of high equity, with an annual base salary ranging from $160,000-$180,000.</li></ul><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Architect, build, and ship an AI enabled monitoring and analytics platform that delivers tens of thousands of automated insights to end customers daily and monthly to transform how HVAC companies, building owners, and industry experts operate and service buildings, save money, and lower emissions.</li><li>Own the architecture, design, and delivery of multiple full-stack features and products.</li><li>Develop data-driven customer facing UI/UX, preferably incorporating the latest in gen AI tools.</li><li>Develop high-quality software that runs in the cloud and on Thalo hardware at customer sites.</li><li>Continuously maintain and improve software infrastructure for large-scale data ingestion, storage, transformation, and analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with peers in hardware engineering, customer success, and GTM to promote the seamless transition of data from bits to customer insights and dashboards.</li></ul><h3>What You Have</h3><ul><li>7+ years of software development experience as a full-stack engineer, backend engineer, or other role with full-stack exposure.</li><li><b>A.I.
