If you thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and are motivated by work that safeguards people and the planet—we’d love to connect.</div><br><br><h3>What You'll Do </h3><ul><li>Analyze, interpret, and translate EMEA regulatory requirements for implementation in SDS Authoring and Marketability software, including system testing and validation.</li><li>Conduct ongoing regulatory research and support content updates, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.</li><li>Provide regulatory guidance internally and externally—triaging inquiries, offering expert analysis in complex scenarios, and hosting client-facing webinars.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, reduce miscommunication, and support scalable, high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Apply regulatory best practices to drive process improvement, maintain compliance integrity, and strengthen 3E’s trusted reputation.</li><li>Prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change while delivering timely, high-standard results.</li></ul><h3>What Makes You A Great Fit</h3><ul><li>Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in SDS authoring, product stewardship, hazard communication, or EHS regulatory work.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SAP EHS and/or S/4HANA for Product Compliance, including SDS authoring and regulatory data integration.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret complex regulations (e.g., REACH, GHS/CLP) and translate them into actionable technical specifications.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in defining regulatory requirements for software implementation and compliance tools.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs that support regulatory trust and precision.</li><li>Effective communicator—able to convey complex ideas clearly across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Builds collaborative, respectful relationships to drive alignment and shared success on global initiatives.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.</li><li>Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing regulatory and organizational environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and verbal); fluency in an additional EU language is highly preferred.</li></ul><br>
