We are looking for a Learning Development Manager (m/f/d) for Product &amp; Service Trainings in our team onsite in Bönen (near Dortmund) as soon as possible.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Develop training programs for specific divisions</li><li>Drive digital learning strategy and transformation</li><li>Manage projects and stakeholders related to learning initiatives</li><li>Create and maintain learning materials and products</li><li>Assist country and regional managers with implementing training programs</li><li>Design effective learning solutions for different target groups, aligned with company goals and GEA Academy standards</li><li>Analyze and improve learning processes to ensure they meet organizational needs</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)</li><li>Several years of experience in relevant function (Product &amp; Service Training, HR, Business Education/Development)</li><li>Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices</li><li>Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage</li><li>Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility</li><li>Experience in project management</li><li>Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm</li><li>Very good knowledge of English language.
