Group Finance is responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A), management reporting, financial accounting and Tax. Group Finance works closely with investor relations, business divisions and other functions across the Group including Regional finance teams.This is a high profile role within the FP&amp;A team and will report to the Group Head of FP&amp;A. The role will have an overall responsibility to manage accurate and timely delivery of the group planning and forecasting deliverables, including scenario analysis. This role will own Groupwide financial models and presentations to the required quality standard.The position requires a suitably qualified accountant who will be an integral support for strategic business decision making through extensive financial modelling and analysis and bring transparency and rigour to the data and models used to make smart, data-driven decisions and aligning with our broader strategic and financial objectives.Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>3-Statement financial model: Develop, maintain, and enhance the Group’s integrated financial models used for medium- to long-term cashflow forecasting. Apply advanced Excel modelling skills, conduct scenario analysis, and build dashboards to visualise key outputs.</li><li>Lead the Business valuation &amp; impairment modelling for goodwill and other assets, supporting the Group’s valuation and audit processes.</li><li>Support the Directors’ Going Concern assessment through robust forecasting and risk analysis.</li><li>Collate and synthesise data from OneStream and other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand and analyse key financial drivers.</li><li>Automate data extraction and transformation processes. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline workflows and operate with agility.</li><li>Contribute to the development of strategic business plans. Draw insights from diverse inputs and articulate clear, data-driven narratives for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare high-quality presentations for Execs, the Board, and internal/external reports that communicate financial insights and strategic recommendations.</li><li>Provide analytical support for ad-hoc or other strategic projects and decision-making.</li></ul>Experience / Competences:Essential<ul><li>Demonstrated excellence in financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Solid organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistency in reporting.</li><li>Proven ability to build effective working relationships across functions, influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders.</li><li>Able to identify issues, proposing practical solutions, and executing corrective actions.
