This role also expectes to build strong relationships with support teams and contractors as well as look for opportunities to improve and optimize the efficiency of the plants.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Provide effective leadership to the ASU operating teams to ensure the A3000*4 ASUs are operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements &amp; on-stream guarantees.</li><li>Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.</li><li>Maintain effective work processes, drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices at the plants.</li><li>Manage the training of new operating staff for the Shift Ops team.</li><li>Ensure Operating Procedures &amp; manuals are in place and up to date for all the plants.</li><li>Together with functional team ensure plant preventive &amp; breakdown maintenance are coordinated and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the SAP PM system.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with logistics, commercial teams, OTS/PPE team, local operations teams, maintenance teams, etc. to ensure product supply to the customer(s) when plant is down or when customer’s usage exceeds the plant capacity.</li><li>Provide performance KPI reports such as down time reports, power &amp; plant efficiency reports.</li><li>Work with the OTS support teams and Global Supply Chain to identify &amp; execute productivity ideas.</li><li>Responsible for developing the Ops team to ensure that they:</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and make adjustment if needed to keep all the plants running well with high efficiency.  Build with technical competency on plant troubleshooting and keeping the plant under high reliability</li></ul><ul><li>Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
