Runwise is looking for a Senior Account Executive to expand our footprint in the Philadelphia Area. This person will be responsible for introducing our platform to key building owners and property managers, as well as growing existing customer accounts. This candidate will work alongside a Business Development Representative, but success and over performance will hinge on creativity, strategy and tenacity. This candidate will be trusted with a wide array of customer facing presentations, sales proposals and negotiation, as well as soliciting customer feedback.Runwise (<a href="http://www.heatwatch.com/">www.runwise.com</a>) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc…) in 8,000+ buildings throughout the US.
