You will build up talent pipeline through systematic talent identity, assessment, development.</li><li>You will retain and develop key position holders and key talents with support of business managers, involve in Manpower planning and monitor effective recruitment to attract good talents of all levels to fulfill manpower needs.</li><li>You will guide, coach department heads improve people management skill, take proactive initiative to avoid labor employment risk and employee relation issue, provide support for employee relation issues.
