Leads team to insure prompt response to customer inquiries.•    Early identification of project risk and Initiation of mitigation plans. •    Precise, effective and clear communication to all levels of organization.•    Lead within a project (indirect leadership), enable and support others, personally engaged in coaching others for their development. Motivate to encourage excellence.•    Planning &amp; conduction of Program Reviews.•    Ensure timeliness gate exits.•    Solve conflicts and escalation in a good way by involving all parties.•    Make decisions and achieve results that are consistent with company and team values. Support and drive in building a strong team structure.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What we look for <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business</li><li>Minimum 4 years work experience in Program Management in Automotive or equivalent</li><li>Proficient working experiences with the project management methods (e.g. Auditing, PMI standards, IATF standards, ...)</li><li>Proficient working experiences with PM related tools (e.g. Monday.com, Microsoft Office Applications, APQP, AIAG, Quality Systems, ...)</li><li>Proficient working knowledge of the production processes and areas, product designing and sales processes.
