AECOM is currently looking to hire a CEI Contract Support Specialist to support our projects located in the , FL Tallahassee area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)</li><li>Exercising independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project</li><li>Familiarity with the Department’s Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform those duties</li><li>Become proficient in Trimble Business Center - Heavy Construction Edition (HCE) or approved surface to surface comparison software and Engineering Menu</li><li>Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects</li><li>Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers</li><li>Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures</li><li>Under limited supervision, applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work</li><li>May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction</li><li>Proficiency is the knowledge and expertise to:<ul><li>Understand which surfaces are needed from the designer</li><li>Understand the survey data from the field</li><li>Prepare the survey data as needed for use in the software</li><li>Generate accurate earthwork quantities from the software</li></ul></li></ul>
