Leveraging the latest breakthroughs in data science and software, our technology will empower teams and leaders to mobilize their organizations to continuously improve their greenhouse gas emissions metrics. </p><h2>About The Role (What you will get to do)</h2><p>As a Carbon Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and cleaning data from multiple data sources, communicating with Persefoni users via online chat to fill data gaps, and interfacing directly with the Persefoni platform. You will advance Persefoni’s mission to democratize carbon accounting and help simplify the process for users so that they can receive accurate, timely, and actionable carbon footprint data. </p><h2>Responsibilities (What we expect)</h2><ul><li>Understand and become a subject matter expert on the Persefoni platform and be able to troubleshoot any errors. </li><li>Communicate clearly with clients on data gaps and obstacles in the carbon footprinting process.</li><li>Transform and clean complex excel datasets to adapt to necessary requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Persefoni’s internal carbon accounting experts and customer success team. </li><li>Develop an understanding of different carbon accounting calculation methodologies and input data types. </li><li>Optimize processes to become more efficient with time. </li><li>Support time zones of Persefoni global customers (USA, Europe, Japan, Singapore, etc.)</li></ul><h2>Qualifications (What you bring to the role)</h2><ul><li>High level of excel proficiency. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high proficiency in English and a high degree of attention to detail.</li><li>Project management experience and ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Capable of successfully working multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in gathering, formatting, and visually representing data.</li><li>Proven ability to work cross functionally with technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Growth mindset and eagerness to learn quickly.</li><li>Carbon accounting experience is preferred but not required.</li></ul><h2>How You'll Know You’re on the Right Track</h2><ul><li>Within your first two weeks, you will learn how to use the Persefoni platform and receive intensive training on the types of input data needed to perform calculations.</li><li>By thirty days, you will be interfacing directly with clients via online chat and emails supporting them with their carbon footprinting. </li><li>Within your first 90 days, you will begin to support larger clients with more complex data. </li></ul><h2>Job Type:</h2><p>Full-time position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam governed by Vietnam labour regulations, with the Persefoni entity being established in Vietnam.   </p><h2>Interview Process</h2><ul><li>Step 1: Interview with Vietnam Carbon Data Analyst(s). </li><li>Step 2: Interview with Director, Climate Solutions. </li><li>Step 3: Final interview with VP, Head of Customer Success. </li><li>Step 4: Offer extended</li><li>Step 5: Background check and onboarding</li></ul><h2>Persefoni is an Equal Opportunity employer</h2><p>We proudly foster a culture of innovation, creativity, diversity of thought, and inclusion.</p><p>We strive for each of our team members to be able to show up for work every day as their genuine selves.
