These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Conduct procedural tests on production product, including incoming material, needed to support customer need date· Responsible for understanding use of all test equipment, test fixtures, and procedures· Verify equipment calibration is compliant· Identify and communicate errors in procedures, drawings, bills of material, and routers to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering)· Responsible for timely completion of documentation· Responsible for accurate, timely entry of data into the ERP system· Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship· Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company· Maintain a safe working environment· Communicating special tooling needed to perform operation· Oral/Written Communication – Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Records dataEducation and Experience:· High School Diploma or equivalent· Ability to apply common sense in performing job· Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals· Ability to use basic high school math skills· Two year technician degree or equivalent· Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics· Experience handling fiber optic related product is preferredJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:· Ability to work in a team environment.· Willing to work overtime on short notice to support the needs of the business· Ability to use test equipment needed to perform tasks.
