Cooling duct in HV coils of dry transformer), routine dry type transformer process follows up and maintenance which includes core, coils and assembly, frock and mold design.</li><li>You will capex management such as establish fixed assets budget, data base information update and fix assets purchase and acceptance and attend in internal and external process audit.</li><li>You will be involved in On-site process problem solving and participate in quality accident analysis and improvement projects.</li><li>You will work instruction reviews and updates, process training to workers and do PFEMA for specific projects.</li><li>You will analysis &amp; evaluation of root causes of quality issues, e.g. NCR, CCRP &amp; QIP.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, major in electrical or mechanical.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of process or design engineering experience in transformer company for vacuum cast dry type with cooling ducts in HV coils.</li><li>Knowledge in quality management methods and techniques. Ability to read and write technical documentation and excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP systems, Auto CAD or 3D drawing tools and ISO 9001 or ISO 16949 Internal Auditor as a plus. </li><li>Team player attitude, client orientation and passion for detail. Proficient in transformer technology, reviewing process document systems such as SOP/WI/PFMEA, etc.</li><li>Ability to develop an overall process layout for production workshops and plan reasonable process routes, have good cross departmental communication and coordination skills, provide timely process solutions, and handle various emergencies. Cooperate with the design department to develop new products, develop reasonable process plans and necessary tooling equipment to meet the manufacturing needs of new products. Proficient in using CAD, Proe and other related software as well as office software.</li><li>Proficient in spoken and written English.
