Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of systems and processes resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition and synergy realization across business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing cross-functional projects within a complex enterprise environment, with deep expertise in post-merger integration, business process harmonization, and enterprise systems alignment (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired entities, with a focus on business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial platforms) and operational processes.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, integration roadmaps, and status reporting for executive stakeholders.</li><li>Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Systems, and Operations teams to align and integrate systems and workflows.</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies across business functions.</li><li>Facilitate change management and communication strategies to support integration efforts.</li><li>Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and capture expected synergies and cost savings.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues during M&amp;A execution.</li><li>Monitor KPIs to evaluate integration progress and business impact post-close.</li><li>Manage budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors or consultants involved in the integration.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.</li><li>7–10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on M&amp;A integration or enterprise transformation.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in system migrations, data integration, and business process optimization.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) and data governance principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience in integrating operations of acquired companies across multiple technology areas.</li><li>Familiarity with post-merger integration tools and frameworks.</li><li>Background in consulting or corporate development is a plus.</li></ul><div>Pay Range (Applicable to California)$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 dependent on level of experienceWhy Join Nextracker: 🚀 Innovative Environment: Be part of a team that's at the forefront of revolutionizing solar energy technology.
