This includes total preventative maintenance, software programming and managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment</li><li>Installs, maintains, improves, and repairs equipment, plant, services, and building installations</li><li>Sets standards effectively and in compliance with best practices to ensure production goals are met</li><li>Responds to technical issues affecting production and maintains electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance</li><li>Drives multiple complex projects that require innovative solutions with a focus on results</li><li>Responds to breakdowns and identifies the root problem in order to provide a solution with minimal downtime to production</li><li>Proactively identifies and escalates any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage to production and then reports breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
