As a seller-doer, the successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to generate and maintain a volume of business sufficient to support the growth of the firm. Typically, Principals generate enough business to support 2-3 full time staff and support clients through the entire project life cycle. The successful candidate also is expected to be proficient in all facets of project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, on schedule, profitably, and with high quality.
