AECOM are looking for a site based Senior Project Surveyor who will undertake delivery of projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities under minimal direction and while managing a team.Role and Responsibilities<ul><li>Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.</li><li>Support clients across a portfolio of projects, ensuring smooth management and execution.</li><li>Manage a team delivering post-contract cost management services, including:<ul><li>Payment certifications</li><li>Management and assessment of variations</li><li>Claim avoidance</li><li>Budget tracking</li><li>Cost reporting</li><li>Risk management</li><li>Negotiations and final account</li></ul></li><li>Primary point of contact for clients on small and medium-sized projects.</li><li>Accountable for multiple deliverables across the lifecycle of various projects within an end market sector.</li><li>Brief the team on project scopes to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Manage resources across multiple projects, ensuring they remain within established budgets.</li><li>Responsible for delivering a variety of funder advisory services throughout project execution.</li><li>Ensure quality control and compliance with established procedures.</li><li>Assist with benchmarking, data collection, and internal reporting.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior staff to support their development, including involvement in the graduate development programme.</li><li>Monitor and manage performance of direct reports to ensure project success and team growth.</li></ul> <ul></ul>
