The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $153,000 - $191,000.Job Summary:  The Director Regulatory Affairs is the primary regulatory relationship and contact for the State and the Operating company that it is based in. This role is primarily in regulatory proceedings, leading negotiations, and litigating energy-regulated matters/issues as necessary. This team needs to partner across the jurisdiction to work with Government Affairs and docket management and the Energy strategy team to share regulatory opportunities within their territories.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee, create, and provide regulatory affairs guidance for regulatory pleadings, testimony, and other filings.
