HR or Finance experiences is a plus  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Business, HR, Finance, or related discipline is a plus.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with Workday reporting and payroll is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and the broader MS Office Suite. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with large datasets. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive work forward proactively. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li></ul></div></div>Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
