We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do: In the BMS Test &amp; Integration Engineer role, you will integrate software and hardware designs for Archer’s high voltage battery management and charging systems and verify its functionality – enabling the use of electric vertical-takeoff-and-landing aircraft for urban air mobility.Specifically, you will<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Battery Management System (BMS) hardware, software, and full system integration—covering everything from component‑level diagnostics to aircraft‑level validation.</li><li>Champion integration activities, coordinating with system and software teams to define interfaces, data‑exchange requirements, and integration test procedures for ground and flight tests.</li><li>Build and maintain test fixtures, harnesses, and bench setups that mimic real‑world aircraft conditions; automate test sequences where possible to accelerate regression testing.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve cross‑domain issues, working hands‑on in the lab with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, environmental chambers, and network analyzers to isolate root causes across hardware, firmware, and software layers.</li><li>Analyze CAN data logs to understand software functionality</li><li>Maintain traceability between requirements, design artifacts, and test results; generate clear reports and data packages to support certification and design reviews.</li><li>Collaborate closely with powertrain, and systems integration teams to plan hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and full‑system integration events, and participate in flight‑test support as needed.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
